mr sheek does not give refunds for any lost, stolen or damaged items. However mr sheek will except exchanges for any items that are damaged upon receiving (please contact us within 5 business days upon delivery).

No. Please keep in mind that the chain we use may have some minor nicks and or scratches but that is simply the style of the chain.
